WebCam Sam allows you to connect to cameras around the world and retrieve live shots from them. The trial version contains well over 200 places, covering all 7 continents of the world. The quality of some of the pictures is poor, but that is expected. A live shot from russia or any far away place is impressive no matter the quality. This is a very interesting application, and of course can be used as a screensaver if desired.
